On most bath fixtures the knobs or handles are held on by a discreet screw set screw. If there is a plastic or rubber "button" in the center of the knob, gently pry it from the edges to remove it and there should be a machine screw going through the knob holding it to the valve stem. Remove the screw and the knob should come off. Sometimes requires some light tapping from the back side. If this doesn't appear to be the case, examine the back side of the knob to see if there is a set screw in a small hole going in sideways effectively clamping the knob to the stem. Often times this type will require a very small Allen wrench. Be sure to use the correct size or you will strip out the hex shaped opening and then will require drilling out. This is not what you want to be doing!

Bath Panels can be very difficult to locate. I would check with your local Jacuzzi Showroom first. This unit has to go inside preferably a bathroom setting. The wall fixtures on the rear of the unit are proof enough of that. A plumber will need to install the unit as some bathroom plumbing will be required.

The 'low-water' sensor installed in a bathtub is designed to NOT allow the pump to run without water contacting it. It sounds as if this is operating as it should. Once the pump comes on you should be able to touch the "logo" or the on/off button to turn the pump on and off.
