I guess you are using tractor fed paper, the type of paper with holes down the side.
The problem you have is that the paper path has been changed on the printer to the single sheet feeder rather than the tractor feed, you will need to change this back again via the control panel, this is done something like this;

1. Put the printer Offline
2. Press Setup
3. Press the button under PaperWay
4. Change this to Tractor 1
5. Press SET

If the above steps do not work disconnect the printer from the computer then try again.

And look for the Online Single & Load section

On the device config for the printer on the AS\400 it is possibly configured to print 2 copies.

wrkcfgsts *dev printername
check and see if it is configured to print 2

it may be due to incomplete installation as well as may be some files are deleted or removed

check line in is not broken look at the socket

Does your user name and password have administrative rights on the computer? If not then you may need try with a user that does. I have run into some software that will throw a similar error if the folder already exists.
