I'm not 100% sure what you are asking here, but on that printer to navigate the menus is a bit odd. Scroll to the option you want and press the key with the '1' on it then scroll to your next option and press the key with the '2'. The next menu option uses the '3' and finally you would use the enter key to display the value for the option that you navigated to using the '1,2,3' keys.

adjust hammer gap

release some gap by platen manually pull up. and calibrate hammer. for better printing

Logic card Problem. Change Logic card

Please Clearly mention your Problem?

there may be two problems in the logic card of the printer 1 .ONE OR MORE RESISTANCES R165 , R166 , R167 , R170 , R171 MAY BE DEFECTIVE.. 2 . FIRMWARE MAY BE CORRUPTED , RELOAD IT.

check wheather printer is restarting , input voltage must be 48v dc for logic card check resistances r 165, r166 , r167 , r170 , r171 on the logic card if input voltage is ok

If u r a repair technician here are some useful steps 1. check rp1 to rp13 resistance pack ( 47 ohm and 33 ohms ) 2. download firmware 3. touchup the flash and font rom (U33 , U34)

step 1 : change the panel cable step 2 : change the control panel step 3 : download firmware as follows : T6306 FIRMWARE DOWNLOADING PROCEDURE

1. Connect the printer to pc through parallel port.
2. Press "FF + ^ + CONFIG" at the control panel and power on the printer .
3. Panel will show "ready to download".
4. In dos mode type "vdv3000r -pb" and enter .
5. After completing the firmware loading printer may show NVRAM fault.
6. Press "CLEAR"and printer will restart to finish.

replace the shuttle belt or fix insulation tape on the pulley of both shuttle motor and shuttle wheel and then refix the belt.

the problem is not mentioned exactly . By the way you can check the out put voltage +48 v DC at the output cable which is connected to logic board . If it is not there , check fuse 3.15 AMP , thermistor , IRF 840 , if u r technical and knows how to repair .
