most air cooled small engines an motorcycles crank bearing are color coded, (you will have to call the dealer to get the exact sizes)

Check the shear key on the flywheel, the engine could be a little out of time but the key isn't sheared all the way in to.

Over heating, do you really need to run it for 3 hours in one shot???? Try one hour then let it cool down!!!

Check the hall effect sensor. That's what tells the coil when to fire.

Worn piston rings would be my first guess. If so then the engine needs a rebuild.

If it is an electronic accelerator pedal you have, perhaps poor contact on the wires/connector on the pedal. Lay down on the floor, and check if the connector is in it's place and no loose cables. I had same problems with brake pedal and signals from that one.

Hi, If you did the usual testing (comp,Carb cleaning, etc.) then I would go to the electronic ignition box if it has one. I've been fooled before. Checking for spark, wire off, or plug out, isn't the same as a plug under compression , Good luck.

I am not an expert but if the compressor is working, there is adequate gas and no blockages I believe the high pressure side should be considerably higher - perhaps more than 250 psi depending on the gas type and ambient temperature. Perhaps the compressor is faulty or there is a blockage.

Is the engine set up with starter now? If it does then you will have to mount a momentary switch and hook 1 wire to a 12volt source and the other to the spade terminal on the solenoid for cranking. If the engine does not have a starter mounted originally then you may want to look for another engine. you could but I strongly suggest that you use the correct oil as bikes need special oils for reliability. all it takes is a call to a honda service dealer to get the correct information
