Builds up pressure pop off valve at tank opens will not regulate pressure
I would say you have a problem with your pressure switch, you may need to adjust it down. The pressure switch is normally located under plastic cover where your on off switch is on the compressor. There should be a screw with arrows next to it. Try that, otherwise you may need a new switch

I have a champion air compressor that has power
loose wires would probably keep it from working
if you could view a working one at a store you could see how to reconnect the pressure switch.
by being disconnected the compressor probably thinks the pressure switch is open so as to show a fully pressurized tank

Champion compressor pops manifold relief on head
depends on what relief valve it is, if it is a 2 stage pump and it is the relief on the inner-stage that is lifting indicates the second stage is not pumping correctly! I would check for a broken valve. if it is the one on the discharge line to the tank, then something is restricting it, check for blockages in the line or in the check valve entering into the tank. Most important you isolate the compressor and drain all air pressure before you attempt any repairs

WIREING IN NEW IEC CONTACTOR AND THERMAL OVERLOAD
I CAN PROBABLY DRAW YOU A DIAGRAM BUT SEE IF YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THIS FIRST. ASSUMING YOUR STARTER COIL REQUIRES THE SAME VOLTAGE OF YOUR COMPRESSOR. 230V MOTOR = 230V COIL ON STARTER. YOU HAVE 2 OR 3 HOT WIRES ATTACHING TO THE TOP OF THE STARTER ( 1 PHASE OR 3 PHASE). TAKE A JUMPER WIRE INSERTED UNDER THE SAME LUG AS 1 HOT LEG AND GO STAIGHT TO 1 SIDE OF THE COIL. THEN TAKE ANOTHER JUMPER WIRE FROM
ANOTHER HOT LUG - PASS THRU THE TRIP PACK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STARTER ( IN AND OUT) THEN GO TO PRESSURE SWITCH. TAKE THE OTHER PRESSURE SWITCH WIRE TO THE LOW OIL SWITCH. TAKE THE OTHER LOW OIL WIRE TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STARTER COIL. THEREFORE YOU WILL HAVE ONE SIDE OF THE COIL HOT ALL THE TIME AND WAITING FOR THE OTHER SIDE TO GET HOT. AS LONG THE OTHER LONGER CIRCUIT IS A COMPLETE CIRCUIT IT WILL WORK - IN A SERIES THE TRIP PACK SAYS OK, THEN THE PRESSURE SWITCH SAYS OK, THEN THE LOW OIL SWITCH SAYS OK AND THEN VOLTAGE GOES TO COIL AND PULLS THE STARTER IN. IF THIS IS TOO CONFUSING SEND ME AN EMAIL AND HOPEFULLY A PIC OF YOUR NEW STARTER TO
[email protected] AND I'LL TRY TO HELP YOU FURTHER. HOPE THIS HELPS.

I need a head valve seat for central pneumatic 21 degree angle framing nailer model 60828 also need headvalve seat for 34 degree angle finish nailer 68020
I have not been able to purchase replacement parts for these nail guns , however, have repaired them using parts from Bostitch framers and or just make the part. If the seal fits over the top of the cylinder, then try using seal from Bostitch framer part #N70155 fits a bit tight but works. Heat with a hair dryer to soften and install. If the seat is incorporated within the head valve, just dig it out and replace it with liquid two part urethane. Just mix and pour it in. After cleaning out the old seal, place head valve on level surface and pour in the mixed urethane till slightly over full to give the seal a nice crown. The finish nailer might also be repaired using other brand of seals. Remove the old part and take it to service center for a possible match. Good luck with your repair.
What oil should I use in Handiair H8/25 Compressor?
Many air compressors use a mineral blend or a synthetic oil, such as synthetic hydrocarbon, polyol ester or polyglycol. It is important to use a lubricant specifically rated for air compressors; do not use a general-purpose motor oil used for automotive or other purposes.
Read your user manual for more information.
