If it was outside, was it under cover? If it was not, then the console circuitry are corroded and not fully up to themselves. If it was under cover, same thing can happen. temperature and humidity, moisture and cold can also impair the performance of the unit. It may be a difficult problem to trace unless you can open the console and see for yourself the state of the printed circuit board/s. If it looks like silvery powder around the IC's (integrated circuits) pins, then tht's some air and moisture damage. If you live by the sea, same thing will happen on appliances left outside. And to find the cable chewed, looks like it's been outside for a long time and may definitely have rust on the circuit board, in other words - moisture damaged. If there is no silver rust (powdered ash-type rust) and the printed circuit board looks clean, then try and locate the treadmill manufacturer or its supplier websites and email them the problem you're having.
the voltage controller is the same for input voltage terminal of the motor .test the input voltage terminal motor, if there ARE not the motor is faulty.Read my personal TIPS motor2) test the output voltage control board, if there ARE not the control board is faultyGod bless you
1) test the voltage input motor, if there are voltage the motor NEED repair2) test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT voltage , the board is faulty.see my personal TIPS, very important.God bless you
for waht reason do you need clear the memory? in treadmills. Normally you do not need to do that. Please what is the reason, and will reply .God bless you
1) SEE IF SOMETHING IS PENDING between the folding section2) Your Pin is little bend.3) the receiver where the pin is coming is not adjusted.sincerely.
1)See if flexible cable from display board is bending to lower board.2)main motor board is faulty by worn deck belt.3) burn motor faulty.4) adjust the Potentionmeter from the motor (incline).5)Defective gear in inclination motor.See the block diagram
1) tight the flexible cord from keypanel vs display board2)tight the display board vs lower board(main motor board)3)Test the main motor board(faulty to worn deck belt)4)INCLINATION motor burn.5)Adjust Pot from the inclination motor6) the gear slip adjust or repair.see the block diagram
1) IF THE MACHINE ONLY RUN IN DEMO MODE, TRY TO RUN IN NORMAL POSITION.2)PUSH AND HOLD ON THE STOP BUTTON BY 5 SECONDS.3) IF THE PROBLEM PERSIST, TRY TO TIGHT THE FLEXIBLE CORD FROM KEY PANEL VS DISPLAY BOARD.4)TIGHT THE DISPLAY BOARD VS LOWE BOARD(MAIN MOTOR BOARD)5) IF THE PROBLEM PERSIST THE MAIN MOTOR CONTROLLER BOARD IS PROBABLY FAULTY.6)bEFORE TEST THE MAIN MOTOR.SINCERELY.Seethe block diagram
1) you have 3 problems: mechanical+ electrical + electronic.2) adjust the tensions from deck bel + drive belt motor3)test the main motor without load and see what happen.4)test the main motor board and see what happen.see block diagram
1)tight the flexible cord from key panel vs display board2) tight the display connector vs lower board3) test the main motor board 4)motor burn to worn deck belt5) adjust the pot in the elevation motor6) gear is slipping repair.sincerely
1)see if the breaker is tripped2) tight the flexible cord from keypanel vs display board3)tight the connector display board vs lower board4)see the main motor board is working if the signal is coming by 5vdc5) main motor faulty repair.see block diagram
you can try to rent a set at AutoZone. when you return it they will give your money back. try standard and metric. depending on manufacturer of treadmill.
Hi, press the Stop and the Speed Up keys down while inserting the safety key this will get the into calibration mode. The next step is to press the Stop key one time. The Time window should read EP:2P. Some newer models may also say FP, Pass, or the like. This means that it passes the EPROM test. if it says 2F, FF or Fail then the upper console needs to be replaced Press either incline key and the incline will calibrate automatically. BE CAREFUL, THE TREADMILL WILL RUN AT FULL SPEED IN THIS NEXT MODE! DO NOT STAND ON THE WALKING BELT. Press the Speed Up key and hold it down until 85 is shown in the Distance window (some models may show the 85 number in another window If the belt does not move in this mode then the controller board is defective and needs be replace.
First be sure there is power at the outlet. Check that the power switch is on, and the circuit breaker is not tripped (beside the power cord). Remove the hood and inspect the wiring. (unplug the machine first). Ensure that all connectors are tight and none are burnt. At this point if all appears to be OK, look for lighted LEDs on the power PCB. If all is dark, replace the power PCB ( approx $100). If the LEDs are lit, you may require a console, or the safety key switch might be defective. To check it, the console must be removed and the console base removed. Inspect and test the micro switch. The console is no longer available.
