HI, If you can then before replacing the Motor control board do one thing. Replace the IGBT on the control board. Igbt is the component which drive the motor. It will not cost a lot. The only thing is you should be very careful while working on the motor control board because there you can see two capacitors which is capable of store charge for a long period of time even the treadmill is unplugged. Before doing work on the control board you have to discharge the capacitor. If not it will lead to serious electric shock. You will get many pages on web to know how to discharge an electrolytic capacitor. I have add the picture of the motor control board with the igbt marked. You can find the part number written in its frond side. Replace the IGBT first. Ajin

Check the fuses under the lower hood. One should be a 10 amp fues, the other should be 15 amp fuse.Replace them if blown. If they should blow again, move the treadmil to an outlet closer to the fuse box/breaker box of the house. the house wiring where you have the treadmill may not be adequate for the treadmill.
