If it was outside, was it under cover? If it was not, then the console circuitry are corroded and not fully up to themselves. If it was under cover, same thing can happen. temperature and humidity, moisture and cold can also impair the performance of the unit. It may be a difficult problem to trace unless you can open the console and see for yourself the state of the printed circuit board/s. If it looks like silvery powder around the IC's (integrated circuits) pins, then tht's some air and moisture damage. If you live by the sea, same thing will happen on appliances left outside. And to find the cable chewed, looks like it's been outside for a long time and may definitely have rust on the circuit board, in other words - moisture damaged. If there is no silver rust (powdered ash-type rust) and the printed circuit board looks clean, then try and locate the treadmill manufacturer or its supplier websites and email them the problem you're having.

the voltage controller is the same for input voltage terminal of the motor .
test the input voltage terminal motor, if there ARE not the motor is faulty.Read my personal TIPS motor
2) test the output voltage control board, if there ARE not the control board is faulty

1) test the voltage input motor, if there are voltage the motor NEED repair
2) test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT voltage , the board is faulty.

for waht reason do you need clear the memory? in treadmills. Normally you do not need to do that. Please what is the reason, and will reply .

Call Treadmill Doctor at 800-750-4766 and they will walk you thru the steps needed to clear the board

1)see if the breaker is tripped
2) tight the flexible cord from keypanel vs display board
3)tight the connector display board vs lower board
4)see the main motor board is working if the signal is coming by 5vdc
5) main motor faulty repair.

3) test the main motor board
4)motor burn to worn deck belt
5) adjust the pot in the elevation motor
6) gear is slipping repair.
