mcdevito75 here, For now, you need to know 2 buttons, the MODE and SET buttons, First press the MODE button, you may have to hold it in 2--3 seconds, see the display Blinking, now press the SET button for each function, (hour, minute etc). press MODE after each function is set, after all is set Press MODE for steady display. mcdevito 75 here, You should press the MODE button then, see the display blinking, press set for each function after each function is set press MODE to move onto next function, Hour, Minute etc. Once all set press MODE to stop the blinking and restore normal steady dial.

I assume that you do not have the instructions, so you need to download them from the Timex web site.
Go to "timex.com", at the bottom of the screen is a tab "Product instruction ...." select this and choose from the selection given.

Go to the timex web site (timex.com).

Go to the bottom of the first page and select "manuals & downloads"

Select "product manuals download"

Enter your model number in the search box.

The instructions should give you all the information you require.
