Check the power cord to ensure
it is connected to the power supply and the treadmill if the power does
not stay on or does not turn on. Look at the circuit breaker, located
near the base of the unit, to see if the circuit was tripped. Push the
switch back in to reset the circuit.
2
Take the key out of the console,
wait a minute and place it back in the console to resolve issues with
the power turning on and off during use or if the console displays are
not functioning properly.
3
Remove the console key and press
the "Stop" button to turn off the "Demo" mode, which is often the
default setting when the treadmill is first purchased.
4
Reset the incline by holding
down the "Stop" and "Speed increase" buttons and putting in the console
key. Release the buttons and then press the "Stop" button, followed by
the down or up arrows for the incline. This step can be taken if errors
are occurring with the incline function.
5
Turn the treadmill "Off" and
unplug the unit if errors continue. Wait five minutes and then plug the
unit back on, insert the console key, and turn the treadmill "On." This
will reset the treadmill and should return to normal funcTION
proper grounding the machine mite help. the frames are powder coated and they dont remove enough paint for a good ground point chek and make better contactwith frame
Had the same problem ...it seems my list of problems is growing not getting shorter....it's been two weeks and the thing still isn't running yet becasue the calibrate system fails, wifi is connected but no internet , speakers hum, ..this small system runs android but it runs so SLOW......even the latch bar couldn't be installed because the hole underneath was too small for the screw to go thru....
The single most cause of no motor output is failure of the DC motor control Look for any test lights on the power boards beneath the motor shroud use caution when removing the motor hood because you may still have electricity in the motor area even if the treadmill is unplugged.
One of the lights should be labeled PWM when hitting the start button that will start flickering , because the upper console is sending a signal to the lower board telling it to start the motor. if that process happens then you need to check the motor
Cordless drill battery- get a fully-charged, 18 volt (preferred) cordless drill battery and on most treadmills connect the red and black motor leads to the battery (some have different colors but if you have two wires and get it hooked up backwards, the motor will just run backwards and won’t be harmed). If good, the motor should operate at about 1 MPH.
Car battery- these are 12VDC high amp batteries so the motor will turn slowly but you can walk on the belt. Always be careful with battery acid on these things so we don’t recommend bringing them in the house…take the treadmill to the battery. If does move then the controller board needs to be replace.

Please note that these instructions don't apply to all models of treadmills. Many recent models, including all models with touchscreen consoles, do not have the capability for the user to calibrate the speed.
Speed calibration is a process that is used to correct imbalances in the machine's operating speed.
Please note that this procedure involves pushing the machine to its maximum speed very quickly. Do NOT stand on the treadmill while performing this procedure.
First, you need to enter calibration mode on the console. To do this, press and hold the STOP and SPEED INCREASE buttons (this will be either an up arrow or a + (plus) symbol). While holding these buttons, insert the safety key onto the console. This will cause the machine to go into calibration mode. After this has occurred, you may let go of the buttons and the safety key.
Next, press the stop button once. This will enter advance the screen to the next feature of calibration mode. As said previously, do not stand on the treadmill while performing this procedure. Press and hold the speed increase button. Watch the console. You will see a number on the display that will increase as you hold the speed increase button. Continue to hold the speed increase button until the number changes to "85." This will take the treadmill to its maximum speed, which will also be displayed on the console. Please note that the example below only demonstrates the console displaying "85", not the treadmill's operating speed.
ever think about asking Nordic track I have never had any need of a machine to walk on .. I go fishing and used to walk over 3 miles daily doing what I love outdoors in the sunshine .even things with a woman .
