1) LUBE the deck belt, this happen because the lack of maintenance LUBE, and lube the rollers bearings too.See the video attached2)Test the input voltage motor, if there ARE the motor need repair see my personal TIPS for motor help3) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty. However you put some desklamp in the circuit if the breaker in tripped the problem is the outlet wall. Test the outlet+wires and ground for incorrect wires polarities see the diagram attached and fix it.If the c.breaker are NOT tripped the problem is the treadmill. do the LUBE first.
Follow the instructions found in your manual for incline calibration first. With the safety key/magnet in, press incline up, remove the key while the numbers are changing, release the incline button then reinstall the safety key. The incline should calibrate. If the motor moves, then stops b4 completing it's cycle, the incline sensor may be defective. The sensor is the black cap/wire coming out of the top of the motor. Make sure it is connected properly. If the sensor is defective, you have to order the complete motor to repair the problem The sensor can be replaced without replacing the motor, but it is not available as a replacement part.. Part #249516 around $110....
Make sure the power is plugged in then insert the red safety key into the front. If you are not receiveing power after that then check that it is a dedicated outlet, that is not a gfci outlet, and that the breaker is not flipped.
