that's due to having too many users..you'll need to delete some folks to make this work...maxing out the user codes will freeze the unit..

is it unplugged from the network. is there a link light ON beside the network cord. Press the Printer button on the control panel and be sure the ON LINE is selected. Look in your Printers and Faxes folder and see if Work Offline is selected.

SC 326: Laser synchronization detector board cannot receive the laser beam.
Replace the laser sync detector, Part No. A2935310.
Or try the following solution;
Open the front cover and remove the brown inner cover - 2 screws.
The black unit after the inner cover is the laser unit. There are 2 screws securing the laser unit - loosen them.
Tighten the right securing screw while jacking up the right side of the laser unit with a screwdriver.
Tighten the left securing screw and put the inner cover back on.
If SC 326 is still indicated after the above procedure, replace the laser sync detector or the whole laser unit.

There is a sensor lever that gets stuck on these models. The sensor is located just below the drum . (might be on its own door cant remember) it should move freely if it is stuck in the jam position the jam wont clear.
If you still nee help reply and I will try and assist futher.

check the door contacts and the contacts on the transfer unit these need to be clean also

I need to see a sample of the data file being sent to the printer. Please create a, "Print to File" and then send the file to me.

I also need to see the formatting commands that you are sending to the printer.

You need to enter service mode and the # is SP 5-912-1 set this to 0 (to get in to service mode press in sequence clear modes 1 0 7 and hold red stop for 5 or so sec. At the top of the screen should be direct SP highlight this and press the 59121 and it will take you right there.-Carl

The max on that model is 50. You can take out the ones that you no longer use to make more space. That is the only way.

Hi There,

This error has to do with the laser unit. There is a special fix for it, and it needs to be done by a Ricoh Technician. The laser front right corner needs to be adjusted. For this one, you will have to place a service call.

This happened during the move.

USB 2.0, and 10/100 BaseTX Ethernet.

You can buy an ethernet cable to connect the printer on a network or a USB cable to connect the printer directly to your PC.

You may have broken the add paper sensor or actuator.

The contacts on the fuser may need polishing, or control boards that operate the fuser are faulty. Call for service.
