Netopia (3347NWG-ENT) Router (3347NWGENT) - Page 6 Questions & Answers
Conect webcams on a local network to a website
I presume that you mean "from a web site" that the web site is hosted somewhere out on the greater internet.... The problem that you are encountering is probably related to NAT (Network address translation). The "In" side of a router, is typically a "private network" there are pre-assigned number groups for these - a common one is in the 192.168.x.x range. Problem is that the "outside" of your Netopia router will be dependent on your ISP< and unless you are paying them extra for a static IP address, is likely to change every time you reboot - or sometimes they bump them every 24 hours. So, first thing is get a dynamic DNS Entry - www.dyndns.org is one supplier - I think you can get one address for free from them, pay for more.. YOu set up something like CMVideo.dynsdns.org on their site, and set up dyndns support in the netopia router... Then you want to open the specific port on your router, to go to the internal IP Address of your camera. (YOu mention Multiple Cameras - depends on the Camera you may have to go for multiple dyndns (one for each...) ).I am a little confused/concerned about the second router "tier" - if you have the Belkin configure as an Access Point only, all good, if you are trying to run it as a router behind a router, it will probably never work - double nat-ting" is a no no with most consumer Routers. Simple solution is to tap from Netopia lan side to Belkin Lan side (rather than Belkin Wan Side)

How to change my router's MAC address Netopia 3397G
Using a router is a great way to create a home or office
network without having to spend a lot of money.
As long as you have a broadband Internet connection through
an Internet service provider, you can use a router to get all of the computers
in your home or office connected.
If you have chosen Netopia as your router brand of choice,
you will have to configure it to make your network operable.
Power on your Netopia router, broadband modem and computer.
Open your Internet browser.
Type the router IP address, 192.168.1.254, into the address
bar. Hit "Enter" on your keyboard. Log into your Netopia router with
the username and password assigned to you by your Internet service provider.
Select "Expert Mode."
After entering expert mode, you will see a menu bar at the
top of the configuration window.
Click on the "Home" tab. Many Internet service
providers will ship your Netopia router to you preconfigured.
If it is preconfigured all of the fields, such as IP
address, subnet mask and default gateway will already be populated. If the
fields are not populated, proceed to the next step.
Click on the "Configure" tab. Select
"WAN." Select "ATM." Enter the "VPI" and
"VCI" numbers provided by your Internet service provider.
Choose your encapsulation option.
For example, "Routed IP," "PPPOE,"
etc... Click "Submit."
Select "WAN" on the left side of your
configuration window.
Choose the "VCC1" option. Select the option to
"Enable Interface."
If you do not have your own IP address, choose the option to
"Obtain an IP Address Automatically."
If you do have your own IP address, uncheck the automatic IP
address box.
Type in your IP address if you have your own.
Enter your subnet mask.
This information can be obtained from your Internet service
provider.
Select the "NAT" option if you are using your own
private IP address for your network connection. Click on "Submit."
Select "WAN" on the left side of your
configuration window.
Ensure that there is a check in the "Gateway
Option" box and "IP Address" is selected as the "Interface
Type."
Type in your "Default Gateway" address.
This can be obtained from your Internet service provider.
Click "Submit."
Select the "Configure" tab at the top of your
window. Select "LAN."
Select "Enable Interface."
Type in the IP address for your router and subnet mask.
Click "Submit."
Click on the yellow caution symbol on the top right hand
side of your window to save all configuration changes.
Click on "Save."
Restart your computer for the changes to become effective.

How can I find the security key for a netopia 3D Reach Wireless USB Card?
There is no security on a wireless receiver. Security is set on the wireless Access Point or router. Check your router documentation or talk to the person who manages the wireless network you want to connect to.If I misunderstand your question please let me know and we take it form there.

Wpa code for ps3
Some later model wireless routers have the Password(ie.Encryption key) and the SSID already configured in the wireless router andthis information is printed on a label on the bottom of the router. These settings can be used to configure the wireless card and wireless adaptersin your computer/laptop. If these settings do not suit you, then it can be changed to suit yourrequirements. The encryption key secures your data and wireless connection from unauthorizedaccess. To configure the wireless settings in the router, connect a LAN cablefrom your computer to the wireless router, then open a Browser on your computerand enter the router's configuration IP address, then enter the admin login andpassword and then go to the wireless settings and configure the SSID andEncryption key.The router's encryption key can be a Passphrase or the WEP or WPA or WPA2key.If you use the Passphrase method select either WEP or WPA or WPA2 togenerate the encryption key. You can enter the WEP or WPA or WPA2 key with 8 to63 ASCII characters or 64 Hex digits. Most people use Passphrase which is easier to remember eg. I was born inJanuary 1988.The strongest and latest security is WPA2, the weakest and oldest is WEP. To connect to your wireless router from the computer/laptop,configure the wireless card in your computer/laptop with the router's wirelesssettings ie SSID, plus the WPA or WPA2 encryption key. Then computer/laptops cancommunicate with your wireless router.

Lost cd
If you connect the computer directly to the modem, does it work?
If that works then the modem is working.
Now connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.
You will need to open the set up page of the router to check the settings of the router.
You can set up the router without the CD also.
It is very easy.
