Always be sure the batteries are charged and suited for your device. Check contacts of the batteries and in the battery compartment of your device. If you have static, more than likely you dont have the monitor on or plugged in. Also, make sure the the channels are set equally on the monitor and receiver, either on channel 1 or 2.

Try not to place the monitor or receiver near tv's, microwaves, radio's, etc. this may interrupt reception.

Check for a battery: If there is one, it probably needs to be charged for at least 12 hours. If there is no battery, it needs to be plugged in to function.

I have a second hand Safety First Quicksmart Stroller without a manual. There are 6 steps to unfold the stroller but I can't get past step 2, it's the part that allows the wheels to swivel around to face the right direction. I can't see a visible button or leaver. Any help will be gratefulyl received.

There's tabs on the underside of the walker that are holding the cloth seat in place. Slip the buckle through the slot. They go all the way around the walker seat.
