Exceed-RC Exceed RC Brushless Pro SunFire Questions & Answers
What are setings on controler
one adjusts steering from neutral (best) to a bit left or right, the other adjusts where trigger throttle will start breaking/reverse (keep in mind one does not need alot of speed in reverse so adjusting this so it acts more like a brake, and not throw you right into reverse is best)

In order to get at the main rotor gears, you'll have to remove both sets of rotor blades and drop the chassis. After removing the battery cage you should be able to access the two main gears. You don't need to remove the motors, but if you need to access the main gear for the lower-rotor, further dis-assembly is required. I think there's a link to a dis-assembly video for the Exceed models on rcdiscuss
I own a exeed RC
The transmission drives the front and rear wheels, so the only thing that could affect the reverse drive would be a bad reverse electrical feed to the motor (since the control board has to reverse the feed to get the reverse action). Not sure what component they use in the ESC, but if it's a relay, the contacts could be dirty. Otherwise, I guess it could be some tricky gear problem in the transmission, although I can't really visualize how that could happen.
I guess the only other control variable is the radio controller, and maybe the reverse coding is messing up, not engaging the receiver in the crawler enough.
You could run it by a Hobby Shop and see if they've seen this problem before, can test it with a demo conroller.
Good luck, and hope this helps.
My son has a Forza
The piston movement draws the fuel into the engine. Is this a new RC? Are you running this RC in the high temps the US has been having lately?

I have an Exceed FPV
Well, I have searched the resources I have for anything on this camera and everything I find indicates it is some sort of camera designed to be put in an RC type vehicle. Now, since your post indicates otherwise I will approach this from the Programmers perspective. If there is supposed to be a text file in the root directory to use to set the date/time on the device you should be able to plug the device into the USB port on your computer and see that file using Explorer if you have windows. If the file exist it will be visible if you do this. You should be able to open that file with Notepad and see the entries that are entered. These are most likely 1 entry per line. If this is the case find the one for the date and use the same format to enter the correct date. This is normally DD/MM/YYYY format and the time entry will most likely be HH:MM:SS (Hours, Minutes, Seconds Regular format of time not military time) The name of this file could be almost anything but if you start note pad and then select open from the FILE menu it should only show you files with the .txt extension which should help you identify it. If you open the wrong file simply close it without saving and no changes will take place. Hope this helps.
