IT HAS GONE FOR EVER.

Clockwise is the way you read the numbers 12,1,2,3,4,5, etc. the way the hands move. If there s a digital display that is supposed to match the hands, Set it first then find the menu setting for hands

On mine you pull 1/2 way to set the date, to adjust the day of the week you have to go all the way around 24 hours while setting the time .

its quit easy to open the watch and try repair it yourself,and it lets you see what parts connect to what part and if they moving or not and leads you to some solution,or you could take it to a repair shop

Being an Eco drive watch it needs light to make it work. Place under a light source for a few hours an see if this works. If not it will need a new power cell, which is like a rechargeable battery for them. It will need to be purchased from citizen or suitable watch maker

Your watch capacitor is unable to recharge to the needed voltage. Try to put in on window sill in sunlight or under the bright lamp and leave it for a few days.
If it will not restart after doing thet, you will need to find your nearest watch repair shop and ask for capacitor replacement.
Don't forget to rate, please.

Have you found out a sollution? mine does the same thing and I hate it. I dont even wear it anymore for this reason.

The watch will have to be put in a strong light for some time to charge the battery.

Here is a simple steps to set up the time:

Pull the crown out one notch
Turn the crown to align the mode hand at the time mode Time
Pull the crown out another notch
Turn the crown to set the 24 hour hand, hour hand and minute hand to the current time.
Return the crown to the normal position in synchronization with a telephone time signal or other time service.

Speak to your supplier in the first instance and see if they will arrange for repair (have you got any proof of purchase?).

If they say you must send it back to the maker, be sure that you have a proof of purchase, so that they know that it is still within the warrranty period. If you have lost your receipt, ask your supplier for a duplicate.
