I own a Citizen Eco Drive Calibre 8700 Blue dial
If your watch was not stored where it could have light shining on it the LI battery would drain completely. There is a possible solution although it does not work all the time. It depends on how badly the battery has been allowed to drain.
Setup a lamp that will shine on a counter 24 hours a day and set your watch there. It helps if the lamp is about 1.5 - 2 feet above the watch. A 60 watt incand. lamp will work fine.
Leave your watch under this lamp for 3 - 4 days 24 hours a day. This will supply the solar cells with enough energy to recharge the battery and get it working again. If after this time it is still not working then the battery is just not going to accept a charge again or there is something else wrong that a watchmaker is going to have to fix for you.
Hope this helps.

My watch has frozen at a particular time
go to the citizen watch website and look for the e870 instruction manual. Look for the "all reset" function and perform.
The watch must be fully charged, and then perform instructions. It may have been jarred or emf may have hindered its process.
Try it and see if this corrects your problem.

Resize the watch
If the band is screws then a small screw driver will do the trick. Make sure you use the right size screw driver so you do not strip the screws.
If the band is put together with cotter pins you can push out the cotter pins with a small awl or punch. You want to apply pressure to the end of the pin that is not split or appears to be smooth. Usually when you have cotter pins they are arrows or indicators on the band to tell you which way the pins come out. Make sure you put the pins back the same way they came out.

Citizen eco-drive wr 200 manual
I'll need more information about the watch. WR200 is not the model number. It is the depth in metres it is water resistant to.
The serial number is usually engraved on the back plate of the watch. The bit against your skin when you're wearing it. It's the number marked in red in the photo I've attached. Is this a digital watch, a watch with hands or does it have both?
Comment below with the serial number and I'll try to help you more.
