Simple things to check would be to see what the printer status is from within the Evolis Print Center utility. Does it show "Ready"? Or "Offline"?
It may be as simple as opening the print queue, clicking the "Printer" menu choice, and ensuring the queue is cleared of all new documents, and that the options for "Pause Printing" and "Use Printer Offline" are not checked.
If this isn't helpful, disconnect the printer from your PC, delete any instances of the Evolis Primacy you see in the "Devices & Printers" view, uninstall the Primacy driver using Windows' standard uninstall process, then reboot your PC. Once rebooted, download the current driver from
www.evolis.com, install it using Administrative credentials, and only connect the printer when the install program calls for you to do so.
If that doesn't restore your functionality, contact your Evolis dealer for further trouble-shooting help. If you're in the USA, we can help.
Best of luck,
