Powerware 9330 40 (A40401110031112) UPS System - Answered Questions & Fixed issues

Hi Ahmad, I've got same issue on the same UPS generation last week we tried to solve the issue by changing some dead batteries but without success, it tripped a gain with same alarms. I hope someone answers our question ASAP.

Most follow the reset procedures to reset from a EPO shutdown. Usually it is a fuse on Powerware that needs to be pushed back in.

I don't know the exact cross reference number for you but Eaton tech support should be able to help you. Eaton bought Powerware 6 years ago but retained their service support personnel.

Sounds like it is not regulating the voltage and current charging the batteries. Consult a service manual to look for a repair method.

It either means the ground wire in extension cord is not there or is open. It could also mean that the outlet wasn't wired with a ground back to the panel.

You can check the battery fuse or the charging fuse. If it's more then that it's going to be a very costly fix.

When you are sure you have a good battery and the voltage regulator works fine, I should think there is something eating power during the time you switched off. Years and years ago sometime a car radio was connected wrong and would not switch off when the contact was off. Now you should disconnect the battery when you switched of and use a huge ampere meter DC to see if and if so what current is "leaking" away If there is no current, then check the barrery and the voltage regulator.

A Bosch 70745 is a cordless tool; the battery recharges with a power pack, or a plug in charging station. This is not a UPS Battery Backup system.

Does the fan come with 2 or 3 wire.

There may be a reason. Too much current draw.
I would recommend to get a better brand UPS.

Keep a backup on your hard drive or a backup. The backup system is a free service supplied by your internet provider. If you use it daily or after every update, there will never be an issue.

Could be a phishing attempt, unless you have an account with that bank.
