Euro-Pro Shark 9110 Sewing Machine - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Why does the bobbin case pop out and jam the thread?
First check that the thread in the bobbin is facinf the correct way. Then check tension on top. Also check to see if you have the same thread on top and in bobbin. Also needle and material can cause the bobbin to jump. Make siure that the needle thread stays where it should, if one of the threading sites come undone this can cause bobbin jump too.Hope something here helps.:-)
How do i raise the feed dogs on my singer 30215 machine
Slide of the the little table with the accessories in.There is a feed dog adjustment lever at the back of the machine. sliding the lever to the 2 filled in arrows pointing down, will lower them and the 2 filled in arrows pointing up will raise them. The feed dogs will not rise up if you do not turn the hand wheel manually, even if the lever is slid to the right. You must make a complete turn of the wheel to raise the feed dogs.
Best wishes.
Auto needle threader
I have had problems with this too. But you can get them from Euro Pro about $10.00
Fixing a new needle on a sewing machine
Turn the hand-wheel counterclockwise until the needle is at the highest point. Lower the guide or presser foot. This will give the maximum room possible for working with the needle.
Turn the needle clamp screw counterclockwise until the needle comes loose. This screw is located on the side of the small box, known as the needle clamp, that holds the needle in place.
Remove the old needle by pulling it straight down and then angling it outward. Place a new needle into the holding slot or needle clamp.
Tighten the new needle into place by turning the clamp screw clockwise until tight. Do not over-tighten the needle.
Here's a tip
Use a needle that is appropriate for the type of fabric you are sewing. Using the wrong needle may result in breakage and increase the number of needles to be changedOver-tightening a needle can cause it to be crooked and break. Turn the clamp screw only until the needle feels stiff in place.

Where do you oil
No need to oil. Simple dusting and cleaning of the machine after use is suffecient.
I was sewing, turned the machine off to pin
have you tried changing the needle-
1.the needle may be bent or damaged--try rolling the needle on a flat surface to see if it's bent or not
Correct needle insertion
Correct needle insertion is mandatory for proper use of sewing machine.
Raise the needle bar to the highest point, then loosen the clamp screw to remove the old needle, place the new needle in the clamp with the flat side to the back of the machine or if using a round needle--the groove in the needle should face away from the shaft.
Push the needle all the way up to the stop or as far as it will go, then tighten the needle clamp screw
2.upper tension may be to tight--try 3 to 5
3.thread may be hanging up in bobbin case--check area for loose threads or lint
???
check the thread take up lever-if the thread come off the thread take up lever that will jam the machine up--I've had it happen to me
