Disconnect the microwave from the power source while the power is still out. If the microwave is a built-in, turn off the circuit breaker. Otherwise, unplug the microwave from the wall outlet. NOTE: Microwaves have a capacitor in them which can give you a massive shock!!! Be careful what you touch.You need to remove the outer metal cabinet, you will then see a large square box with fins on it, this is the magnetron.About the only thing you can check is the inline fuse inside the microwave, it will be in one of the wires that runs to the capacitor and you can check this with a multimeter . If the fuse is ok then the fault will be with either the capacitor or the magnetron, neither of which can easily be tested without specialist equipment.

They are usually at the rear where the power lead goes in. This will state the maker, the address, the voltage and watts, the model number and serial number. That is a statutory requirement. Based on the fact it is not said where it is used or how it blows i.e. does it blow as soon as power is applied or does it blow after a few seconds? In the first case you probably looking for direct short while in the second case a faulty item that is becoming defective when energized or hot.

You have a defective control panel (contains keyboard), it would be cheaper to just replace the oven.

this oven could be in display mode this only allows non harmful functions to work eg lights etc but no heat this can be disabled through clock test prog reset but you will need an engineer to do it as complicated.
