Are you telling the machine that you are using the funnel and not the grinder ?
You MUST press the top left hand button on the hidden keypad so the machine does NOT grind.
Also 2 level spoons (of the jura spoon) is max you can put in the funnel.

Under the rotary switch on the left there is a micro
switch which is probably stuck in and it always pressed. That is why you enter
in RINCE directly and also it repeatedly stays at RINCE position.
So first you need to check the rotary switch and tryto slightly pull it out with a thin screwdriver very softly. If this it doesnot make any different you need to replace this rotary switch
My jura impressa c9 coffee machine keeps tellnd me
I just called their customer service 800-220-5701 with the same problem.
There's a point at the bottom of the chute where you can add ground coffee that tends to clog, especially if water gets in there. Access is from underneath - - remove the bottom tray and reach in - - it's not the hinged flap opening (that's the first thing you'll feel) but if you leave that closed and reach behind it, there's a silver-dollar sized area you're supposed to try to access and clean using a dry cloth. Once that's done you're supposed to try vacuuming from the top and then let it dry for a day or two.

What is error 5 on my impressa J9
Error 5 is pointing to heating problem. Here are the parts that may be malfunctioning:
1- Thermal sensor not registering heating. Replace it.
2- Heater not heating up. Check continuity on heating element. If there is no continuity, (This is rare). Replace heater (Thermo block).
The problem can be linked to:
1- Missed descaling of machine for extended period.
2- Use of automatic descaling method suggested by Jura. Descale the machine every three months using Manual descaling method..

I cleaned my Jura Capresso with a tablet, but the message "Clean Machine/Ready" won't switch back to "Ready". Any suggestions?
Fortunately the problem you describe is not model specific. All Jura machines in the series C, E, F, J, S & Z models have the same problem. The Jura recommended maintenance is insufficient or erroneous. Here is how it occurs:
1- When new machine is set up, the instructions advice the owner to set up OK for use of Filter cartridges. This set helps only to display reminders for replacing the filter.
2- The initial set up instruction also advises that with regular use of Filter, descaling the machine will not be needed. That is really not accurate. Consequently, the reminders for descaling are delayed for over one year or more. This causes serious consequence with accumulation of Calcium deposits in the entire hydraulic and coffee system.
3- Use of Filters alone does not prevent Calcium deposits. Cleaning tables recommended & sold by Jura do not remove Calcium deposits in the coffee/water passages. The automatic descaling method recommended by Jura leaves the coffee side of the machine unclean. The error message in your machine is due to Calcium deposits in the Brew group, coffee outlet & the faucet dispensing coffee in the cup. I suggest all Jura machine owners should manually descale machine. Manually descaling includes use of 6 to 10 rinse cycles with descaling solution in the water tank. The error message "Clean Machine" is accurate. This error message is pointing to descale the Brew group, coffee outlet tube and coffee dispensing faucet by using rinse cycles.
After the rinse cycles are complete, refill Descaling solution in the water tank & continue descaling the rest of the machine by using hot water dispensing function, ½ cup at a time until the tank is empty. Finally, give a final flushing of machine to flush out remaining descaling solution inside the machine.

My tray is empty and clean but empty tray keeps coming up
Hi Shoba
Photo sensor or switch is blocked.
Not sure if yours is an Infra Red beam or switch
Clean & inspect with flashlight
Look for light path (blocked) or moveable part (switch)
Actually.... it must use an Infrared Light Emmiter to shine through the grounds holder to the sensor on the other side/
10 Minute Fix.... I hope

Jura Impressa C keeps saying no water
Fill the water tank with vinegar to dissolve the chalk and make the swimmer swim again. It is stuck! You can help and poke the swimmer with a knife from the side.
How to clean jura C5 grinder
How to access grinder itself? Where is it? My Jura C5 doesn't grind coffee beans at all. Firstly grinder has started with starnge noise and then stopped with alarm "no beans", now it doesn't start at all..
Capresso C 3000 order of water lines for dispensers
Unfortunately, without being there in person to inspect the machine and its components, it's difficult for me to provide a definitive answer. However, I can offer some general guidance that may help:
- Consult the user manual: The user manual for your Capresso C3000 should have a diagram or schematic showing the different components and their connections. If you still have the manual, check to see if there's a helpful diagram inside.
- Look for visual cues: While it can be difficult to identify the tubes by sight alone, there may be visual cues that can help you narrow down which tubes go where. For example, one tube may be thicker or more flexible than the others, or it may have a different color or texture.
- Experiment with different configurations: If you're unable to find a diagram or visual cues, you may need to experiment with different configurations until you find the correct one. This can be time-consuming and frustrating, but it may be the only option if you're unable to find any other information.
- Seek professional help: If you're still unable to identify the correct tube configuration, you may want to consider seeking professional help. A qualified technician or repair service may be able to identify the correct configuration and get your machine back up and running.
I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck in getting your Capresso C3000 back in working order!
