Question edited for full 'make model (what it is)'. Question moved to Kyocera. Try a power reset. Remove cassettes. Pull mains plug for 2 full minutes. Reconnect. You should get a 'No Cassettes' message. Insert cassettes. If that doesn't work, you will need Kyocera Service for this business machine. This is fuser unit error code, you can try to reset it might work, but if the erorr code came back then you need to change the fuser unit.In order to reset this code: follow those stepson the panel press 1087 1087The screen will change to service modeon the panel again press 163now look at the screen and you will see Excute.Select Excute and press the Start key.The Machine will rebot or it will asks you to turn it off and on.After the machine load again, it should be good, if the Error came back!! Related to the power supply or power supply pcb

this - two- reasons 1- the corrona on the top of drum unit is very dirty or its connection point are dirty with toner . just clean it then replace it again .if that not help you ll need to chick the corrona board
