You may be able to disable the video card in the BIOS. This will disable the video shared memory.

Those are the latest drivers you can get. Bios updates aren't created on any regular schedule or anything, and eventually they stop updating them altogether when the board is past its manufactured life cycle. They may make another update in the future, but then again they may not. If you are having an issue with the motherboard that's not been addressed/fixed by the last update, then the only thing you can really do is email Intel and tell them about it. If they get enough complaints about what your issue is, then the probability they will fix your issue and make a newer Bios update will go up. Anything over 3GB on a 32 bit operating system is unavailable. The motherboard will take 16GB - so 4GB per slot I always use Corsair Ram and have not had any problems in the last 10 years. From the look of the spec Ram will not affect the graphics as it needs a separate Graphics card. get one with the highest number of "Stream Processors".
