HiPls go to Device Manager and expand Imaging Devices.Check if your webcam is detected under Imaging Devices.If it is not listed under Imaging Devices, Then check if there is any other category 'Other Devices'.If you find the webcam under Other Devices, uninstall the webcam and restart, the computer.If that doesnt work, then you can try a System Restore or else format the computer.If you dont find the webcam anywhere in the Device Manager, then there is a hardware failure with the webcam.

open battery cover, get off the battery, blow and rub the metal fingers and get it back to its place, then turn on ur laptop. hope it works

Maybe you have the caps lock on. Hit caps lock and see if it stops blinking? Is that the only problem you're having? Does the computer run ok otherwise?

Check the hdd. Check the memory. Reinstall the operating system.
