Just remove PrinterSettings.xml and Settings.xml (in DataTracking folder). Next time you start the software it creates new files and the problem is gone.

Since the post is so old, you probably know the answer by now, but I would suggest you make the change in the excel file prior to printing. You can change the font for each word if that's your preference.

Here is how I fixed my 450.You have to open the case, which invalidates the warranty.First, remove the case front - http://global.dymo.com/img/compel/cRydqiFncuah2s6Pf5DxrozTFsn13Cnc.pdfUndo 2 long screws (front) and 2 short screws(rear) underneath the case.Remove side panels and base carefully as there are ribbon connectors to the base which might get damaged.You will see two metal pins at the left front, partially hidden by a ribbon cable - do not damage the ribbon!There is a notch on the metal part of the platen lever which goes against the front pin.The hole in the metal part then gets pressed down until it catches on a groove in the second pin.Do it in that order or it is likely to just pop off again.You then spend several hours getting all the bits of the case to fit back together. Put the front on last.Mine is now working but I accept no responsibility for what happens to yours!

Hello, This sounds like Microsoft issue. However you can try several things to try to solve it. 1. Please make sure that you have full admin rights on the PC, especially to the AppData folder, which is located C/:Users /User name/ AppData/ You need to grant accesses also to the folder Local, where all Dymo related files are stored. 2. You can try to re-install the Dymo Label Software by using the LWSupport uninstall tool, located in: C:\Programs\DYMO\DYMO Label Software\Support. Just double-click it to start the driver removing. Please note that before that, you need to close all running programs. After that please delete also the Dymo folder under C:/Programs Then navigate to C/:Users /User name/ AppData/ Local/ and delete Dymo and Sanford folders. After you do that, you can uninstall the application from Control Panel/ Uninstall Programs. Most of the labels come with the black rolls already in place i think you can just reposition the new labels on an old roll if the end isn't attached to the roll
