Is the problem only with Microsoft Word? If so you might have selected something else in the "
Print What" box in the "
Print" dialog box instead of "
Document". See the below screenshot and make sure that the "
Document" is selected. The Print dialog box will come up when you click the "
Print" sub-menu from the "
File" menu, i.e. click "
File" and select "
Print".
If this doesn't help, reinstall the printers drivers/softwares. That should fix your problem.
If the problem isn't only with Microsoft Word Documents, then there might be other problems with your printer, it could be cartridge/s, ink, drivers, etc..
