Infinity BASSLINK Car Subwoofer Questions & Answers
Basslink has no output, but Power LED and Servo LED always on.
Hi,
One or more of the DC to DC outputs might be bad. Check the
/- 54v on the main PCB and the /-15v on the switching controller PCB.
Losing one side of the 15v will cause the limit comparator to rail and force the servo protection, even with no input signal.

INFINITY BASSLINK X BLOWS FUSES
What probably happened was both of the final audio output transistors shorted. This caused a higher than normal drain on the switching transistors on the primary side of the torrid power transformer causing one to short and then blowing the fuse. I replaced both switching transistors and ramped up the current to about 5 amps. I could see the power supply was not working but there was still a short. I traced the short to both audio output transistors. Replaced them and unit is like new. After I found a service manual on this item it was a breeze to find the problem.

Got a NBN car subwoofer with amplifier. the bass
what are you talking about unit01, you talk too much but isn't revealing the main prob. it's the Electronic board that is deffective that's why it's turned on, but no sound, because the board of the sub is not operating anymore, maybe a busted capacitor or IC. that's why. ok? don't listen to unit01, it's a non sense talks lol
