Asrock P4S61 Motherboard Questions & Answers
Asrock p4s61, tried 1gb pc3200 to max memory to 3gb, won't boot.
you quote one of your memory sticks as being pc 2700 when earlier in your text you qoute pc3200.
Firstly pc 3200 is 400 mhz clock speed memory.Secondly, pc 2700 is 333mhz clock speed and you acnnot mix the two on the same board. Thirdly does your board support 3ghz anyway. If you are running a board at 400mhz, pc2700 memory will not run at 400mhz.
Solution, take out the pc 2700 memory and all will be well.
I have an E-box computer
The updates weren't the cause of the failure, they were just the straw that broke the camel's back: one of the power regulators on the board was failing from a long time ago (age related, nothing you or anyone has done) and the effort required by the intense activity or installing the updates has caused it to fail for good.
I'm afraid that there is nothing left to do - hardware failure. Sorry, time for a new motherboard.

Before going any further, I would like to confirm if the device appears in Device Manager. Click Start button, type DEVMGMT.MSC and press Enter.
Please check if the USB device is listed in USB category. If so, is any error listed?

My asrock have problem to bring blue sicreen I
I will assume youre running XP? I have fixed this a lot by formatting and reinstalling windows and works most of time. Can also be caused by faulty memory. If you have more that 1 stick of memory try just using 1 stick at a time and see if this works.
I'm having difficulties with my AGP Card
If your motherboard shorts out and fries anything, replace it immediately. It is simply more cost effective to replace it than try to troubleshoot the card unless it has an obvious problem like bad capacitors.
