Bissell 89Q9 Bagless Cyclonic Vacuum Questions & Answers
The floor brush will not
Mine did this and I found I had blown the micro switch. I removed the two leads from the micro switch, located just above the motor, then connected them together with a wire. The brush ran fine. The switch is only 5 amps and I burned it out like a fuse when the brushes were caught by a throw rug. Hope this help. Ps please disconnect the plug before connecting and disconnecting the switch.
Brush suddenly stopped rotating
Either the drive belt broke or the brush froze up.
In order to fix the belt you will have to take the brush off, so it would be a great time to clean it.
Clear all debris as best you can from the brush. On each end there is a plastic piece that holds it in the vacuum. Spray some WD40 between the plastic piece and brush at both ends and turn by hand to be sure the plastic piece moves freely.
Reassemble being sure the belt is put on properly.
If you find this solution to be helpful, I would appreciate a Thumbs Up from you.

Whem i vacuum it leaves streak marks of the dirt
It sounds like your filters may be clogged. Try pulling out the tray directly underneath of your dirt cup. You should see a black, or plastic piece directly underneath of the dirty cup that says PULL, pull this tray out and inspect the filter. If it's dirty, remove it and rinse it off. Make sure that this filter is 100% completely dry before putting it back in the vacuum and using it.
Also check the brushes to make sure that they are spinning while you're using the vacuum. Sometimes when the belt breaks, and the brushes no longer spin, this can cause the machine to not pick up as well as if the belt was new. If you're brushes aren't spinning try replacing the belt and see if this fixes it.
If this was helpful, please be so kind and rate the repair, or leave feedback. Thank you,

Bissell spun scrub won't dispense water. Unplugged and plugged back in, press x valve, etc etc model 20391
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the clean water tank: Ensure that the clean water tank is not empty and is filled with warm tap water and the appropriate Bissell solution. The cap of the clean water tank should be properly closed.
Re-seat the water tank: Remove the clean water tank from the machine and then re-seat it back into the machine.
Check for clogs: There could be clogs in the system that are preventing the water from dispensing.
Check the pump motor: If the above steps don't work, there could be a more technical problem like a malfunctioning pump motor.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be best to contact Bissell customer service or a professional for further assistance.

My Bissell little green machine has no suction at the hose end.
If your Bissell Little Green Machine has no suction at the hose end but good suction underneath the dirty water tank, try these steps: check for clogs in the hose and attachment, ensure the tank and filters are properly seated, test without an attachment, inspect for damaged hoses or seals, clean the machine, and run hot water through the hose. If the issue persists, contact Bissell customer support for assistance or consult your user manual for specific troubleshooting steps.
