Check and see if it does it on copies too. If so then your paper trays maybe out of center or your paper guides may be open. If everything is center and registration is correct, your print may be in the "Void Margin" this is an area around the page the machine will not put toner in. Konica Minolta Bizhub C203 copiers do not have an edge to edge print capability

where are you located

This machine has more than one drum unit, its a color machine. You have three color and one black as well as 4 developer units. You need to know which one needs to be removed. Shut the machine down unplug it from the wall. The upper units are the drums, which should easily slide out. If I remember correctly you have to flip up a clip on the front of each drum unit first to slide the drum out.

Delete the printer from the list of available printers on your computer. But first make sure you have the software needed to reinstall it, either on the original CD or as a download from the manufacturer's site. Then turn the printer off or disconnect it, go into Control Panel, Printers/Faxes in Windows, highlight the printer that's not working and press the Delete key on your keyboard or right click and choose Delete. When you reconnect the printer, Windows should detect it automatically and ask you for that CD or the location where you unzipped/expanded the file you downloaded from the manufacturer.

where do u scan e mail or folder? if e mail your smtp server ip may have been deleted/changed if folder the path may have changed/deleted or password changed on the server/desktop

have you set up your scan Email account with you page Scope disk with the copier. is the server set up for scan to email. Also check the konicaminolta web site for scan operator manual. As far as I know there is no error code t84. The closest code that has the numbers 84 in error code CC-184.
Anyways, whatever code you may have, it's worth turning the machine off for 10 seconds by the Main ON/OFF swich (inside front door on the left).
With any luck your code should disappear. If not, can you let me know if it gives you a different code to t84

1.The terminal for the first transfer pressure/release sensor is not connected properly. Reconnect the terminal. 2.Failed PS15 (p/n 08AA 8551 2). Test photosensor, PS15, in the I/O State Confirmation Mode, 48-0HIGH = home position or LOW = Other than home position by activating M19 (p/n 08AA 8003 0) transfer pressure/release motor, 48-0, 48-1, 48-2, or 48-3. Replace thephotosensor or motor as needed. 3. Possiblefailed Transfer/Pressure Release motor (M19). Check the operation of the motor(p/n 08AA 8003 0) in the I/O State confirmation mode for proper operation with code 48-0; this should rotate the motor constantly. Replace motorif needed. Usually this happens when machine is operated in environment that does not fulfill the recommended environment i.e. temperature and humidity.
