As the Installation Manual and Imaging Unit replacement instructions mention, pay close attention to shaking the imaging units and properly to level the toner and also keeping the imaging unit level when installing it into the machine.

Instal a Konica Minolta Bizhub universal driver ,print a machine configuration page and type in PC the ip adress config.

Fusing Cooling fan motor failure to turn, check fan motor 10 and fan motor 11 for proper connection which are located in the paper exit section of the machine, clean if clogged up with dust/dirt, check the fans move/ spin if they do not then replace the faulty fan motor

fuser temp too high to reset turn off machine then turn on while holding down the utility/counter button when the trouble reset button comes up on the touch screen touch it and make sure it says ok then turn the machine off wait 10 seconds and turn back on if error code comes back fuser unit will have to be replaced

when coping or printing? make sure paper is in the tray the way you set it up in the tray settings on the control panel and the driver. paper size, orientation, and media type all make a difference. clean the roller and make sure the lift plate moves freely.

Laser Units. There was a massive recall of sorts for these units. all 4 laser units were sent out to all dealers with these machines in the field to replace defective ones. they need to be replaced as a full set. contact your dealer. if you don't have service on it then you have a 300 pound paperweight.
