VGA / Onboard graphics Issue

Yes, there may be a problem with the on board graphics, if you have a compatible graphics card you can bypass the on board. Was the previous owner using the on-board, or did he maybe have a card that he removed? Might be worth looking in the BIOS settings in case the on board graphics has been disabled

Drivers windows 7

You could download one try it or all of these to update the drivers

http://download.cnet.com/slimdrivers-free/3000-18513_4-75279940.html

SlimDrivers automatically updates PC drivers with real-time scanning and cloud technology. The first cloud-based utility for updating and maintaining drivers, SlimDrivers provides instant optimization of the interaction between a computer and its system components and periperhals, such as printers, graphic and sound cards, motherboards, USB ports, game controllers and other devices and hardware.

SlimDrivers scans a PC, identifies the correct drivers needed, and retrieves them from the cloud, automatically installing the most current, precise drivers for each individual PC. SlimDrivers features a one-click, start scan button on its product homepage, which begins the process automatically to scan a PC and identify out-of-date or broken drivers. Then, seamlessly, SlimDrivers creates a personalized driver profile of that PC, and accesses the online cloud database for the most up-to-date, customized driver software.

http://download.cnet.com/drivermax/3000-18513_4-10572602.html Behind a slick interface, this program backs up all your PC's drivers in case you mess up something fierce. From registration to implementation, DriverMax works fast, runs smooth, and does even more than mere backing up. When you run the app, it asks you if you'd like to run the trial version or apply for a registration key. The key is free, though, requiring only an e-mail address and your name. Once you've entered the key, the program interface appears, with slick button navigation: Driver Operations, Updates and Identification, and Popular Hardware. Mousing over one reveals more choices, so you can export your drivers, import drivers, or view an installed drivers report. Updates lets you update both the DriverMax software and the drivers themselves, although as of this writing there is a warning label on the DriverMax Web site that downloads are not currently functioning. The program can also identify unknown hardware and point you in the direction of popular hardware options, pointing users to a compilation of statistics about different video cards and processors. The strongest features, though, relate to driver backup and reinstalls. They function smoothly, offering users the option to back up all drivers or compile a customized list. Reinstalling an "accidentally" deleted driver was as pain-free as could be. As of the version 4.4 update, the DriverMax Agent, which automatically scans for driver updates, works in Windows XP and Windows Vista 32-bit, but not 64-bit. This is a great utility tool that should appeal to newbies, advanced hackers, and everybody in between.

I want to know if

The power supply depends more on what will be connected to the mother board, like what type of video card and how many devices (hard drives, CD/DVD drives, CPU AMD or INTEL, etc...) I've seen GAMING systems that needed 100watts just to power the video card... and 200watts just to power a SAN RAID 5 ARRAY card with 6 hard drives...

I want to update bios

Hi, here is some info:

  1. Download the BIOS package (WinZip format with .zip file extension). And close all programs.
  2. Unzip and save all files to the same directory of any storage location accessible by the host system. And you should see AFUWIN.EXE, UCORESYS.SYS, UCOREVXD and UCOREW64.SYS.
  3. Click AFUwin.exe
  4. It shows a dialog icon to remind you to close other programs. Click "OK".
  5. This will upgrade your bios while the system is running
These link wil show you how:

http://www.asrock.com/support/BIOSUI.asp?cat=Windows3

http://www.asrock.com/feature/InstantFlash/index.asp

http://www.asrock.com/support/BIOSUI.asp?cat=DOS

Here you can download the bios:

I have to remimd you that: Flashing the bios with a wrong one will make
your mainboard unusefull and it will destroy the mainboard.
You have to be 100% sure its the right one.

Here is a free unzip program:

Just click on the exe file for download.
