1. Remove lid/top
2. Move blue lever left or right to unlock ribbon roll
3. Loosen ribbon or tighten as needed -
NOTES: If ribbon roll is too tight it will show wrinkles; it should look smooth if positioned correctly; if too tight it will not print portions of some letters; keep re-positioning if this does not work after first try.
4. Use flat-head screw driver to adjust front uptake (used) ribbon-roll as needed to make it smooth too. Lift out & re-position, if you need to.
THIS WORKED FOR ME but I had to re-do my re-positioning of both rolls several times before it began printing 100% of letters again. Journal Kentucky Lexington Monitor www jklm us
Most likely you have a bad print head? But is also could just be a dirty printhead in need of cleanning. Run this test patern after cleanning the printhead.

This means the loading mechanism which is inside the printer is no longer stable. If the loading tray which takes the disc into the unit is shaking or not properly set the problems which you are facing are bound to come about. To sort this problem get the disc tray serviced by a qualified expert who would take a look at the tray control mechanism. The mechanism is what holds the tray in place. If this mechanism is not in its proper functioning capacity due to some discrepancies then the tray malfunctions by either ejecting the disc when printing is ongoing or if the disc is not held properly the tray refuses to align and therefore the sensor would not recognise the disc to be printed on when it prints half and refuses to print again this is usually because the tray loses allignment halfway through printing. Just get the tray services and cleaned the properly aligned and tightened to avoid shaking. Hope this solution has been helpful?
Hello,
This can be done but it does not alway print clear to the center hole. I use this function if I need just a little more room to make my print look ok. You need to modify the mask JPG file to include the center hole area.

First thing is to completely CLEAN the printer. All rollers and any point that contacts the ribbons or transfer material.
