There is no drivers for windows 7
the mainboard is too old.

You can still make use of the old driver just run it with compatibility mode. As additional info...When you reinstall the OS to Windows 7 most of the drivers are compatible with Windows 7.

If you are experimenting problems with the ide conroller on your motherboard, first try to reinstall the drivers. You can download them form here:

The drivers are called, VIA 4 in 1, which includes drivers for your specific chipset and ide controller. Once you have installed them, if your problem persists, try to update your bios. It can be downloaded from the asrock website-same link as above. If none of these resolve your problem, the ata controller in your motherboard is defective, and you should replace it, or buy a PCI-IDE card-around 20$ on ebay.

Asrock K7VM3 mother board with AMD Athlon 2600+ processor.
The Motherboard is having a AGP slot which says to use AGP with 4X and 1.5 V

The AGP slot on K7VM3 is the standard AGP x8 slot , as long as the VGA card you want to buy is standard AGP VGA card , K7VM3 can support the standard AGP VGA card.

Actually, the RAID and/or SATA drivers to be loaded using the F6 option have to be provided by you. They can be loaded from a USB flash drive or an external floppy drive.

The process is as follows:

1. You proceed to your motherboard/hard drive manufaturer's support site and locate the driver for the hardware you need it for.

2. You put that driver on one of the two media devices (floppy or flash) being sure you've carefully read the instructions for loading that driver in such a way that Windows can receive and install it.

3. You attach that media to your computer before you boot into the install disc and when prompted to press F6 do so. Shortly after you'll reach the point where the Setup asks for the RAID oe third party driver and you need to direct it to the driver by browse and choose the media if it doesn't find it by itself.

4. Highlight the driver in the selection window and click/hit enter however prompted to do so.

If you've executed all steps correctly, the driver will load and setup will continue an compete successfully.

Code 5 error = Your pc is too old and the 7 install disk doesn't have even a basic driver for it.  Simply put your system isn't supported, 7 will not install easily , and if you manage to install it  it will run miserably slow.

There is no serial key on service packs from Microsoft unless you are using a pirate cop-y of windows.

If that is the case the service pack will not download, we cannot help you in the matter as we do not support theft of intellectual property. Doing so woulod leave us open to prosecution and a fine of $1m

Windows 7 is faily new in the Operating System world, and it's a 64 bit OS, while many drivers are not yet supporting 64 bit. Hopefully soon they will have better 64 bit driver support for windows. Myself personally I like to use Ubuntu which is based on the GNU/Linux distribution.
Have you checked your device manager for any problems there with your sound card problem?

i have same motherboard in a dead pc i got it to work for a short while by removing c/mos battery and reebooting with standard settings but it was very unstable will need new motherboard most likely.

- clean up the memory
- try change with the other memory
- check transistor power if damage , change it
