Several checks: - Just saying...Ribbon sometimes is placed in the wrong sense and it doesn't print. - Verify the settings at printer driver. You may have a mis alignement of the detecting cells. The arrow on the top part of the cells should be on the round hole on the bottom part. (Green plastic mecanism)

You can juste select the option in teh windows driver. Select batch printing and no cutter when you don't want to cut.

This excess temperature may be caused by a temperture detector. Ther are two detectors on a Toshiba Tec Printer. - On the print head. - In the top part of the label sensor mecanism. You cna check if they are working when going in the adjust set parameter setting. You can read Head temp and air temp If one of them is not working you will not be able to adjust the temperature. Worst you'll have the message Head excess temperature message.

Have you checked the port Number. Tec use port number 8000 and the standard default in windows 9100. Either you change on your printer or in the driver.

Either you use the Tools avaiable on the CD or you can do a parameter print in diag mode on the printer

Firstly the length of the label must be correctly set. - When activation forward wait on parameter, you can adjust the feed value. - else you can adjust the feed value in the driver.

Use an appropriate Ribbon. Check that the slits on the ribbon detection is not full of dirt. check that your ribbon motor parameters are correctly set.

Check if the label size is correctly entered. Else Try to recalibrate the cells.
