In doubt that you can sue them. If you did buy an extended warranty you can have it replaced by manufacturer. If not try to Master (factory) reset EEPROM. If that doesn't help buy a new one.

If prayers don't work, i would leave off for a while, then plug into the charger without turning it on. if it turns on, just leave it alone for 10-20 minutes and allow the phone to find it's sim card.

Due to sudden shutting off of your phone, its software is corrupted. Take it to a service centre and ask them to flash your phone.But before that, take out the battery of your phone, wait for 10 seconds and insert it again. It may restore the phone but there are very less chances for that.
P.S: All your stuff in the phone memory will be deleted in case of flashing the phone. So you better backup the data if possible by using the PC Suite or any other program.

Seems your fault can be related to a hardware issue in the mother board but just to take a possible solution to reset if the phone has hung up because there of errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.
