Your WiFi Broadband Router has a password that is needed to be entered on the mobile. Tap the WiFi Icon, it will show you the WiFi Router Name. Tap on that name and it will ask for password. If it does not ask for password then it means there is No Authentication, and the mobile must connect to the router automatically. You will need a Data Service Provider to connect you to a Broadband Internet Link.
I think you need to go to blackberry's home page and download a file transfer program that will allow you to link your BB to your computer.

Once Oreo auto-loader (the same in the phone / or compatible version) is downloaded and available in the PC, one may try with lower version compatible with your hardware version (PRD- ..... .....) or you may try Universal Version like AAY819 , if bricked (the batch file & the image files indicate, it is less likely) above Oreo can be reloaded.Further any issue due to Oreo updation can also be addressed instead of downgrading by clearing suspected app"s data and catche.
