Did you try to remove the battery. I have an android and have had that happen once I removed the battery and reinstalled it the phone was able to turn back on.

If you only need to type in Arabic, then you can search for an Arabic keyboard in the Play Store and download it. Go to Settings then go to Language and Keyboard and select the Arabic Keyboard that you just downloaded. After you select the Arabic Keyboard, you should be now able to type in Arabic, if not, then on your keyboard how you can change it to Chinese, click on it and you should be able to type in Arabic.
