What do you mean by security code,
LG GD330 network unlock code or LG password unlock code to access your phone? If you only need password unlock code, just reset your lg to default factory setting that procedure will bring your phone like new and you can setup new password. But if you need
lg network unlock code, you can buy that from online unlock code seller on the internet.

The only way to fix this problem that I know of, is to take the cell phone into your provider, and have them reflash the memory. This should clear the security code, and allow you to reset it. If they can't flash it, they will let you know what your options are.

To upgrade your phone's software Follow these easy Steps :
- Connect the phone to the computer through the USB Wire.
- Select 'PC Suite' on your phone and it should automatically open LG PC Suite III.
- After this you wait a couple of minutes (about 3-5) to properly load it.
- Let it look for updates for you LG PC Suite and for your LG phone.
- Click on Tool and then *Phone Upgrade*(on the PC Suite)
- Wait something like 5mins before its comes up with a small message
saying something like "New Update Available" or like that "Proceed the update".For further help i am giving you link to download the PC suite link.

When you enter a wrong pin number three times the phone asks you for a PUK number. The PUK code is generally eight digit number. This PUK number is an unlocking code which helps you to unlock the phone and use it. If you enter a wrong PUK number 10 times than you simcard gets rejected. Then you will have to buy a new simcard. It might happen that your phone might ask you for PUK2 after you enter your PUK number. You can find the PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack. If you do not have this then contact your phone service provider. Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once they have confirmed your identity to prevent stolen SIM access.

MMS seetting required for using MMS serviece(GPRS seetting and MMS setting is different).
To get the MMS setting please call your service provider.
They will send you the MMS setting.After you receive please save the settings to your
phone.
Then you can start send and receive MMS without ant problem.

Hi, the sales pitch is a bit of a scam when it comes to standby times for phones they base it on the phone being fully charged then left on without anybody touching it or anybody making or receiving calls from it, even touching the screen to check a message brings the battery time down loads.
so its not a fault with your phone its the same with any phone if you contacted lg they will tell you the same if the phone isnt touched or used then it will last the expected standby time but as soon as you touch it or enter the phone this time is reduced by loads.
so the standby time is a bit of a scam really as they wouldnt expect anyone not to touch their own phone or even use it during this time, so to anser your question your phone is in perfect working order its just the advertisement is not worded as it should be what they should say is the following
your phone will last xxx amount of hours if it has had a full charge then if you never touch the phone or make or receive calls or text if you do this then the standby time drops drastically.
its nothing your doing its just bad advertising on the companys behalf so your phone is working as it should its just they dont state that you cant use your phone during this time to get the maximum standby time stated.
a con i know but they get round it by saying the phone will last on standby for this time but what they should say if the phone will last this long if you never use it during this time.
you can try it by doing this give the phone a full charge then remove your sim card then switch the phone on then just leave it like that dont touch it then just wait until you get the warning for flat battery then you will have some idea of what im going on about. touch it and the time will drop drastically.
