I'm not sure what you're asking. There is a code from T-Mobile to check the EMEI code... but this code is behind the battery.

There is a little white tab on the sidewall of the battery well - should be toward the top of the phone. If it's pink, it means there's damage to the inside and it won't be repaired by the manufacturer.

I'm sure by now you have gotten the problem resolved with a replacement phone. If not, drop the phone into a bag of dry white rice. Remove the battery and leave the cover off to expedite the drying.

DO NOT PUT THE PHONE IN THE MICROWAVE OR OVEN!!!!

Welcome to Fixya

Looks like the firmware of the phone has been corrupted for no reason. Try to open the phone without the memory card and see if it will open up. If same thing will happen then you need to bring the phone to a local phone repair chop and have the firmware reconfigured.

Thank you for using Fixya!

1. check if charged. Try charging with different USB cable/ try with a diffrerent compatible battery. 2. Reset your phone using shown in the user manual. ( a red color reset button can be located behind the phone)
I hope this is helpful to you

The best solution I can recommend is to reset your cellphone into original factory setting. It happens most of the time due to regular use.. like downloading and uploading different contents from your cellphone.
