PLease do a hard reset (factory reset ) . Here is how you do it
With your phone powered off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons. While holding the volume buttons, press the END/POWER button briefly and then release it. When you see a warning message on screen, release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons. Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

Dear expert, i have some problem

First off please access your sd card via computer and make some space on the card . Its always ideal you keep 20 % space free on the card .
Now please do a hard reset of the phone ( considering that you are on default windows mobile 6.5 )
Go to

Menu > All Settings > System > Clear Storage.
Enter 1234.

With your phone powered off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
While holding the volume buttons, press the END/POWER button briefly and then release it.
When you see a warning message on screen, release the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.
Press the VOLUME UP button to perform the reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.

NOTE : PLEASE TAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR DATA , USE PIM BACKUP,

My htc_hd2 is turning on

You will have to do a factory reset .This could have caused due to a software corruption which happened . Here is how you do it .
note : you will loose your data ( not what is on the sd card )

Performing a factory reset using phone buttons

If you cannot turn on your phone or access the phone settings, you can still perform a factory reset by using buttons on the phone.

With your phone powered off, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME DOWN buttons.

This looks like the OS , software has got corrupted on your phone . You will need to hard reset the Phone . Hoping that you are running default Windows mobile 6.5 here is how you can do it .

If it asks for IMEI Code means it locked to Network You need to Unlock it,get the Unlock code at here Wickedunlock and Unlock it.enter the code using the instructions below:
HTC Inspire 4G Unlocking InstructionsWarning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your HTC Inspire 4G mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of wrong unlock codes on your HTC Inspire 4G mobile phone, your phone may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.
1. Switch ON your HTC Inspire 4G with a Not ACCEPTED SIM Card.
2. If your HTC Inspire 4G asks for a PIN code, then enter your SIM card PIN and press OK.

ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 000999 or 1122
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
IF Problem not Solved So
Please New Software install in the Phone Problem will Solved

If For puk & pin cod problem So Please

Phone dies eveynght if not

Hi,I am afraid you have a malfunctioning battery..
while charging it is normal to be warm but not hot.
since your battery can not charge it gets hot..
I recommend you to take it to service as soon as possible ask for test
and than replacement of battery..

Ear phone failed first

Welcome to Fixya

Looks like th software of the phone is hanging. This usually happens if you are installing to much software on your phone. Try to refresh the software of the phone by perfroming a hard reset. This will put the phone back ot factory state. make sure that you backup all important data before doing the below procedure.

Hard Reset

Turn the phone off

Press and hold both the volume up and volume down buttons

Press and release the Power / Hang-up button

The device will turn on - release the volume buttons when you see the tri-color screen. It flashes for a second or two

The device will then display a prompt asking you to confirm the reset of the device

Press the volume up button to continue with the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel.
