Take battery out if you are unable to restart. wait a few and reinstall and restart. If it comes back on with the same problem you make need to do a factory reset. But only as last resort as you will have a fresh phone with no contacts or history. Hopefully you have a backup.
Here is a link to resetting the phone

Beware all data will be lost.

The easiest way to Hard Reset is to go to the Sense UI 'Settings' tab, tap on 'Security' then 'Factory reset', enter the required code in the box and tap 'Yes', the device will then clear all data and you will need to set the device up just as you did when you used it for the first time.

If you can't for any reason access the HD2 at all to Hard Reset, there is another method that can be used but is quite fiddly to perform, and may take a few tries to get right:

Remove the back cover from the HD2, now hold down the volume up and down keys, while also holding down the end call key. Now press in the red reset button under the back cover to the bottom left of the SIM, release the reset button and your finger on the end call button at the same time, but keep the volume up and down buttons pressed in. You should after a while of holding be presented with a white screen giving instructions to either continue with the reset to the manufacturers default, or press any key to cancel.

I believe there is an app you have to get to use that feature on most android phones you may want to consult your owners manual for further clarification.

Hi, This is an official representative of Viber Media.
To be frank, we haven't thoroughly tested Viber on that device yet (due to the fact that it's still quite rare in the market worldwide), but we assume that it should generally work fine, with some potential incompatibility issues.
You may download it from the Market and we'd love for you to test it and let us know if anything goes wrong.
If you have more questions, we invite you to visit our Facebook page. Regards, Viber.

The RESET button is located at the bottom left below the battery compartment and SIM card slot. Use a small object with an unsharp, pointed tip such as a toothpick to press the RESET button

Your phone runs WM6.5, right? If so, here I go:
1) Some time ago, I uploaded the last version released by Skype prior to discontinuing support for WM. You can download it from this location.
2) Unfortunately, I don't have an Yahoo Messenger cab file to be installed on your phone. However, you can fire up an internet browser on your phone and type in 'web.im' in the address bar. You'll be prompted to log in to your Yahoo account. I have never tested this method, since I boarded the Android boat 9 months ago.
3) A long time ago, I posted these tips about syncing WM phones. Hope they might be useful to you, somehow.
Hope all of the above work for you.
Anyway, please, let me know if I can assist you any further.
Regards, Carlos

Search internet for mobile phone unlocking websites. You will come across a thousand websites who can do this. Choose which ever you like. Do look for price comparisons and the unlocking instructions.
Recheck the Model number- Network to which your phone is locked to and the IMEI number before placing an order. If you made any mistakes in these details these people will never give you a refund!! One more thing, before placing an order ask them about the conditions for getting a full refund in the case of a code failure! Think and make a wise decision. I have personally bought the code for my HTC Wildfire from unlockgenie.com. It is because they have good reviews on most of the mobile phone forums. I got my phone unlocked successfully from that website. I think their codes don't fail. The web link for the above mentioned web site is http://unlockgenie.com/
