What can i do to get around a password?
There should be a "master" reset button hidden on the unit somewhere. It is likely behind a very small hole that you could push a straightened out paper clip into. If you find the hole, turn the TV on and then push the button in until the TV turns off. When it restarts it should allow you to program the TV.

Power light blinks blue
Sometimes this kind of behavior indicates that the TV needs to be reset. Unplugging it overnight should cause a reset. Often the underlying problem returns, however. Good luck!

Why does the red indicator light flash but the tv does not come on? What do you think could be the problem?
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. Viewing it in "
Mosaic" or "
Magazine" will make surf easy.

How do you connect the element HDTV to dish sattlelite, or to a Wii for Netflex?
use google to find your specific model of element tv. you should be able to determine what inputs your set has. find a compatible input for the devices you wish to connect and connect them to the inputs utilizing the cables needed. once this is done, turn your tv on, set it to the input desired, turn on the device and enjoy

I only have basic cable with cameron communication and it is not picking up cable channels?
I'm not clear on what you are having trouble with. From looking up the Cameron cable selection list, if you have their 'Full Basic" service , you should be receiving 88 channels. or 93 channels, depending on where you live. And possibly where you live, Cameron has a different package from the ones I mentioned. If you are having trouble with the signal or you are receiving all the channels in your package, you should contact your cable company. Or possibly you are looking for channels that are not included in your package???
