Fault in the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.
I replaced my power supply on my Tv. The new part I got blew out on me.
Did you replaced the power supply as card basis; or, repaired it by replacing any capacitors at it. If you have replaced the capacitors only, the polarity of the capacitor you've replaced might be reversed. Capacitors have both +Ve and --Ve polarities, and should match with the markings at the board; otherwise it will burst when you power it up.

How do I connect my computer to my tv so I may
Hello,
To connect your computer to your television, you will have to get the VGA cable for your computer and connect it to the back of your television, then you connect it to the inlet/port that is on the computer, that is the port where you connect your monitor, then you go to your television and select the AV mode, then you will be able to view your computers work on the television.
Take care and good luck
