False paper out message
An '
Out of Paper
' error message displays on the product control panel display, and the
product does not pick up or feed paper from the photo tray.Try to reset the printer:
- Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Disconnect the USB or Ethernet cable from the back of the product.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product.
- After 30 seconds, connect the power cord to the back of the product.
- Connect the power cord directly to an electrical wall outlet.
- Connect the USB or Ethernet cable to the back of the product.
- Try the print job again.

The main operaing processor is confuse do to a small power surge and, if you unplug the unit from the wall for40 min., then it will reset back to normal.

I just purchased a scanner replacement part for my
the cables are single side removing cables.the other end of the cable is connected to main board and the other cable is connected to control panel.
remove only the one side of cable which is plug in type.dont remove the soldered side of the cable which i soldered to the board.
remove the plug in cable and connect it to the new board in same position then check out/.
