I'm getting fatal error "MSI.netdevicemanager01"
step 1>
remove netdevicemanager.msi from windows cleanup utility.
then try to install software again.
step 2>
remove netdevice manager from registry.
hklm > software > hewlett packard under hewlett packard you will find many {4dfg324.........} entries on left. if you will check each one of these code entries has its discription on right hand side of registry window. each one of these are for scan.msi, solution center.msi.... etc. fine out netdevicemanager.msi adn uninstall that {code} key from hewlett packard. these code keys may also be found in same location under hewlett packard under install key or installed options.

Xante ilumina 502 network menu lost
If the network menu is lost on your Xante Ilumina 502 printer, it may be possible to restore it by resetting the printer's network settings. Here are the general steps to reset the network settings on the Xante Ilumina 502:
- Power off the printer.
- Locate the network card on the back of the printer.
- Press and hold the small button on the network card for 10-15 seconds. This will reset the network card to its default settings.
- Power on the printer.
- Press the "Menu" button on the printer's control panel.
- Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Network" menu.
- Select "TCP/IP" and then "DHCP" to ensure that the printer is configured to obtain an IP address automatically from your network.
- If your network requires a static IP address, you can manually configure the IP address and other network settings in the "TCP/IP" menu.
- Save your changes and exit the menu.
