I have a motorola AP-300

From the installation guide for this AP, I find the following:

LED Indicators

The unit has LED activity indicators on the front of the case provide a status display indicating error conditions, transmission, and network activity for the 802.11a (amber) radio or the 802.11b/g (green) radio.

802.11a Activity LED Amber

The amber LED flashes three times per second until firmware is loaded. During boot, 802.11a mobiles cannot associate. After adoption, the amber LED is steady or flashes with 802.11a radio traffic.

The amber LED flashes once per second if an error prevents the 802.11a radio from operating normally.

802.11b/g Activity LED Green

The green LED flashes three times per second until firmware is loaded. During boot, 802.11b/g mobiles cannot associate. After adoption, the green LED is steady or flashes with 802.11b/g radio traffic.

The green LED flashes once per second if an error prevents the 802.11b/g radio from operating normally.

From this, it appears that the 802.11A radio is malfunctioning.

Here is the Motorola support web page for this device.

We have a router motorola

Hmmm, check if it shows up as a network to connect to..... If so it might be an internal antenna.... If not, then you can find antennas on the internet, best bet from the place you bought the router.....
PS: I am assuming you have a Modem?

The MC 3300 scanner is frozen on a white background that has a blue motorola symbol. and says MC33X series

If your MC3300 scanner is frozen on a white background with a blue Motorola symbol and says MC33X series, you can try a soft reset to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Hold down the power button until the scanner turns off.
  2. Wait a few seconds, then press the power button again to turn the scanner back on.
If the scanner is still frozen after attempting a soft reset, you may need to perform a factory reset. Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all data on the device and return it to its default settings. To perform a factory reset on the MC3300 scanner, follow these steps:
  1. Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously.
  2. Keep holding both buttons until the scanner vibrates and the Motorola logo appears.
  3. Release both buttons.
  4. Use the volume buttons to navigate to the "Factory Reset" option, and then press the power button to select it.
  5. Confirm that you want to perform a factory reset by selecting "Yes" using the volume buttons and pressing the power button to confirm.
  6. Wait for the scanner to reset and restart. This may take a few minutes.
If a factory reset does not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Motorola's customer support for further assistance.

Motorola tracphone galaxy iPhone A12

It can't be a Motorola, a Tracphone, a Samsung Galaxy A12 and an iPhone! That is 4 different makes. The unlock for Motorola depends on the model and age. The Tracphone and the Galaxy is a standard Android hard reset. The iPhone is hard reset using iTunes on a computer. If it is a PUK Lock, this applies. https://www.fixya.com/support/r26056685-phone_asking_puk_code ..

One of my two Motorola TLRK T4's generates a static white noise but the other one doesn't.

You didn't say whether the radio still worked ok apart from the noise... Defective components can produce such noise as can a dry soldered joint - a dry joint is a fairly common fault. A white type noise is typical of many types of receiver when the squelch is turned down. The squelch circuit is designed to reject signals that are too weak to receive with sufficient strength to be intelligible and in doing so also blocks the background "static". On many CB and VHF type receivers the squelch level is adjustable but tends to be either preset or automatic on basic walkie-talkie type radios. Perhaps the squelch requires adjustment or perhaps the circuit has stopped working.
