Turn the computer back on. If the laptop screen is still blacked out, connect an external monitor to the video port on the side of the PC to confirm that the video card isn't defective. CMOS battery is a CR2032 (3V) button-style lithium battery. They are available practically anywhere and are inexpensive. The battery is located near the Southbridge Chipset in a clip-style battery holder. Use a small screwdriver to gently lift the battery out of the holder and replace it with the new one. Do this with the unit powered off, of course

You may have knocked the connections loose, look inside again and see that the wires are there and the power is in the port. Very easily overlooked, it could well be the problem

here are the drivers if you use P45 Neo3-FR (PCB 1.1). The exact version for you motherboard is located (typed) on the board near the center. Maybe the differnce between the 1.0 and 1.1 are none or very small but since both are available just check it.

only MSI can answer that ask for the QVL list of CPU for this MOBO MS-7351 ask them only on their web site, qvl is qualified vendors list of part for CPU or DDR the bios must like it, is one factor. of many. and only THEY know that, BIOS is never documented too well. and this mobo now has zero support there.
