Check to see if your laptop has an option for fan speed control, if it does, increase the rpm's.Id doesn't be careful, you may have a bad collong fan, if that's the situation STOP using the laptop until you replace the cooling fan.

It means either the Network adapter driver is not installed or the Network adapter is faulty or there isn't a Network adapter installed on your computer.

If you have downloaded the drivers via http://support.toshiba.com and already did full system recovery but still having issues, you are right, this is a hardware problem and you need to have the computer serviced. If you purchased your Toshiba unit in the US, call 1-800-457-7777. If you purchased it in Canada, you need to call 1-800-663-0378.
